Keeping Customers in the Loop with Batch Status Emails

We have added a great new feature for photographers who use our print batch management tools — the ability to send automatic status update emails to customers whenever a print batch status changes.

When you update the status of a print batch (for example, moving it from Received to Printing, or from Printing to Ready for Collection), Photoset will now give you the option to notify all the customers who have orders in that batch. Each customer receives a personalised email letting them know the latest status of their order, keeping them informed without any manual effort on your part.

This is especially useful for school photographers and event photographers who process large batches of print orders — your customers no longer need to follow up with you directly, and you spend less time fielding "when will my photos be ready?" enquiries.

The feature is available directly from the batch management screen in your photographer portal. Simply change the batch status and choose whether to send the notification emails — it is entirely optional, so you stay in control of when and how you communicate with your customers.

We hope this makes managing your print fulfilment workflow a little smoother and keeps your customers happy throughout the process.
